The compact, 4-end BCF machine is the optimized successor to the tried and tested M40 symTTex system.
The spinning process runs vertically over three floors and consists of extrusion with dosing, spinning & quenching, drawing, texturing and winding.
The components used, for example the HPc texturing unit, double shell DSR rolls and the robust 2-end winder, are relied on since decades.
With a position pitch of just 2 meters, MO40-C delivers maximum productivity per square meter. The optimized yarn path is still completely symmetrical and delivers 4 identical bobbins per spinning position. The machine is easy to operate and threading up is now even easier and faster.
Extruder: the extruder screws are specially designed for the respective polymer and process requirement.
